Week 1: Getting To Know You + Supportive Spiritual Tools
→ We’ll start with the most important aspect of this program: YOU! It’s not about perfection, it’s about finding balance. This week we’ll get to know each other better and discuss some tried-and-true techniques for grounding, clearing, protection, and alignment.

Week 2: Shadow Work
Fear is a conclusion your mind draws about the future, based on past experiences. Together, we’ll explore your past, acknowledge how it impacts your present, and send love to the parts of you that need a little extra care and attention. This is the seed that begins your full BLOOM. 🌸

Week 3: Manifestation 101
→ We’re always manifesting whether we realize it or not. But how does one manifest intentionally? This week, we’ll explore how manifestation really works, and how to do your part in co-creating with the universe energetically, practically, and spiritually.

Week 4: Mindset Reset
→ Our patterns and perspectives are influenced by our programming. As we heal, our mindsets shift. Together, we will rewrite the patterns and beliefs that are silently shaping your reality.

Week 5: Conscious Creation
→ You’ve done the work, now it’s time to apply! Prepare to harness your personal power as an active co-creator of your life with your spirit team.

Week 6: Navigating the In-Between
→ Life has its highs and lows no matter what, there’s no way around that. This final week is about the long-term integration of your BLOOM, and how to maintain balance even when life gets chaotic.

Together, we’ll break the patterns that keep you small and return you to your natural state: confident, open-hearted, and aligned.

Two coaching options:

60-minute weekly sessions for 6 weeks.

90-minute sessions for 6 weeks. This is good for those that prefer guided activities versus homework, and want extra time for discussion.

This is a subscription that automatically renews every 2 weeks, for 6 weeks. We meet weekly and there are options to extend past the 6 weeks, which we can discuss during our time together. 🦋
